Padres Game

We had tons of fun last Sunday at the Padres Vs. Cubs game. We slathered Mason up with sunscreen and enjoyed the sunny afternoon at the ballpark!

Petco Park is right in the center of downtown, so it's kinda neat to see all the skyscrapers surrounding the staduim.

We left the game with our bellies full of hot dogs, nachos and Cracker Jacks! Who doesn't love game food?! Fun Fun!

Where has the time gone?!

Oh dear! It's been a little bit since I've blogged last...So here's some updates!

Last Friday Blade's sister Kayla came into town. Sunday Blade and his brother Mark ran the Bay Bridge Run/Walk, which was over a 4 mile run I think. So Kayla, Mason and I waited at the finish line for them and enjoyed the morning outdoors.

There were 8,000 who ran this race, it was crazy!

Markie finished at 32 minutes and Blade at 33, hence the #1 and #2! Silly boys!

Then sunday afternoon Ryal came into town, followed by Travis Monday night. So all the Schallenberger kids were together again! It was fun for everyone to be here and hang out. Ryal had to go to a conference all week, and Travis and Kayla were inbetween school and work, so decided to come down for a vacation. Neither Ryal nor Kayla had met Mason yet, so it was fun for them to get to see him.

Ryal flew out this morning and we just got back from the airport this afternoon after dropping off Kayla and Travis.

We had fun hanging out, playing with Mason, and eating some yummy meals! I am happy that you all made it down here and Mason misses you all already!!

Troy and Rachels Wedding

Last Saturday we went to our friends Troy and Rachels wedding. It was in beautiful Point Loma, and it we had a great time. It's kinda fun to be a part of military weddings because eveyone looks so great together in their uniforms.

Blade was part of the sword arch, and he did a great job! It's a special tradition and looked really neat.

Our friends Josh and Alexia were there, along with their son Dominique. It was cute to see him kneel down and say 'baby' while pointing to him :)

They got some cool pictures with all the guys dressed up in their whites. They are such a cute couple and we are so happy for them! Congrats you guys! We had a fun night and weekend.
